The Village is always listening. Established in 1966 to preserve the pioneer history of the Great Black Swamp, Auglaize Village (Defiance, OH) is a 120-acre time capsule. With over 20 historic structures—from the 1875 Chapel of the Crosses to the chillingly silent Pioneer Cemetery—this living history complex is a massive corridor of residual energy.
On June 6th and August 22nd, Get Haunted Midwest moves into the village for a multi-structure investigation. As the sun sets over the "clay" riverbanks, the atmosphere shifts from a quiet museum to a vibrant landscape of whispered secrets and pioneer shadows.

The team from The Iron Gate will be joining our rotation, bringing a curated selection of documented, allegedly haunted artifacts from their private collection. You will have the rare opportunity to investigate not just the buildings, but the specific objects that carry their own dark histories. Note: These items are handled with strict containment and respect.
